The hostel is unmanned!
This means that you must contact us before arrival to get codes for the front door and your room.
(If you have not already received the codes via email or text message).

Payment
Payment is easiest via Swish on arrival at the hostel.
Information on how to do this can be found at the entrance.
You can also choose to pay via invoice instead, please let us know before arrival.
If the accommodation is not paid for on departure, an invoice will be emailed or sent to the e-mail or address information you provided when booking.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in at 15:00.
Check out at 12:00.
If you want earlier check-in or later check-out, please ask for this in advance.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation:
-more than three days before arrival there is no charge.
-1-3 days before arrival we charge 50% on the first day and 25% on the second day.
-on the day of arrival, we charge 100% on the first day, 50% on the second day and 25% on the third day.
When canceling larger bookings, other rules apply!
Bed linen
Bed linen is available for rent for SEK 75 per set. It is good if this is booked at the same time as the accommodation so we have the opportunity to place it in the room in advance.
One set contains bed sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and small and large towels.
Non-smoking hostel
The whole hostel is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed
We do not accept pets at the hostel, but feel free to contact our other facility Billingens stugby & camping at Billingen where it is possible to bring your pets.
Wireless Internet / Wi-Fi
In the kitchen you will find the code to enter the Wi-Fi network.
Parking and accessibility
We have our own parking in the yard of the hostel which is free for our guests. You can basically park just below the stairs. There are seven steps up to the entrance to the main building. The annex is located on the ground floor and also has a room with a disabled-friendly toilet.
Shared spaces
There is a shared kitchen in the main building which also serves as a meeting room and TV room. In the annex there is a separate kitchen for cooking and also here there is a TV in the kitchen which is the public room for our guests. During the summer, it is nice to sit outside on one of our paved balconies. There is also access to a barbecue for outdoor cooking.
